Kitchen/cooking facilities include oven and stove top, microwave oven, fridge & dishwasher, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery with full washing facilities in washing machine & dryer. Heating is provided with a reverse cycle air conditioning (Fire place ornamental only).

There is also full usage of the double lock-up garage for safe storage of ski's without having to take them off the car roof or out of the boot.

The property sleeps 9 in total and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Winter rates are as follows;

$1,050 - 2 night weekend (Fri-Sun)
$1,350 - 3 night long weekend (Fri-Mon)
$1,350 - 5 night midweek (Sun-Thurs)
$1,900 - full week (Sun-Sun / Fri-Fri)

Rates include linen and cleaning.

10% discount is available for ski hire at the Arlberg Ski Centre, for all holiday bookings through Snowy River Real Estate.
